Nora raced to the door when Avi arrived. The picture obviously doesn't show movement, but she was very excited to see Avi and wasted no time crawling across the room.
We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and Avi was a busy little girl this morning! What a shocker!! She wanted this "frog" suit on the minute she arrived and she left it on until breakfast time. This first picture is when Avi, Hudson, and Sophie (in the lion suit) were waving bye to Andy. A few minutes later Sophie yelled, "Hey Bubba! See the crow in the yard!?!" Avi jumped up and raced to the window to watch the crow. Avilene got my attention to show the crow to me, but it flew when she was looking my direction. She turned back and it was gone. "Hey, where'd that crow go?!?"
Still wearing the frog suit so this picture was taken before breakfast! Avi was checking out some of the new books. I love how inquisitive she is and studies everything!! About this same time she was playing near the food toys and they are the ones that velcro together. (The kids use a "knife" to "cut" their food in half.) The velcro had stuck to Avi's foot and she giggled about that and experimented with it; taking it off and putting it on. The last picture: Hudson hollered because he got his finger stuck in a hole in the yellow bench. Avilene had to race over there and examine the hole.
