Avi & Svea - 11/6/2018

Avilene ate whole wheat bagel and three big servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate shrimp, half of brown rice, bites of stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.  Nora had asked for more shrimp and I told her it was all gone.  Avi said, "Get some more at the store Gary!"  Haha!!  (There si more in the freezer!)  All of them love the shrimp and I give large servings so I wasn't too concerned!!

We'll start with a picture of Svea and Nora shortly after Svea arrived.  Nora simply adores baby Svea and it's so cute!!  Nora goes over and lays down in front of Svea and the baby started thumping on Nora's tummy and of course that was causing Nora to have fits of laughter!!  :)

Next picture: The first snow sticking on the grass this fall!  And it started snowing some big flakes so the kids all went to the window and were getting a big kick out of it with wonder and amazement trying to figure out what it was all about!!  Atley is expounding on where it comes from - she's pointing skyward - and Nora is looking in that direction!  Haha!  Or maybe it's just a bug Atley spotted!!  :)

Next picture: I wasn't sure why they were packing ALL the dress-up clothes, blankets, and everything made of cloth to the two sinks!!  Then I heard Atley ask Avi; "Can we wash these!?"  Nothing more fun than playing "weekly laundry!"

This next picture is from yesterday afternoon, but Avi works on these different puzzles frequently.  She did this primarily by "trial and error," but dang that's a lot of work and I was impressed!  Last picture: after lots of hard work it's nice to have a place to jump and go crazy and work all the sillies out!!  Here's a couple of Avi quotes from this morning: "Hey Gary! Can you get a present for me when it's Christmas!?"  Haha!  Then Lauralea asked Avi if she taught Svea to stand up.  Avi said, "No, she got bigger."  :)
