Avi - 4/1/2019

Avilene ate bites of whole grain shredded wheat and ate raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, ate whole wheat pita bread, ate cucumber, bites of peppers, bites of avocado, and ate her pears.

I want to give everyone an update on the "developmental profiles" Lauralea is working on for the kids at Little Treasures.  She originally was hoping to have those completed by the end of March.  She's been slammed at work and doing lots of teaching so we're moving the completion date ahead to the middle or end of April.  (I can't complain because I never receive a bill for her work!!  Haha!)  I really appreciate her doing those for us; they are super informative for families and I use the results for being a better caregiver as well.  Thanks so much Lauralea!

We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and I'm always intrigued by what the kids play with first.  (I watch for that every day, but Toy Exchange is different.)  Avilene saw the animal suits and went for the lion suit!  If you read Svea's Blog first you already know she was wearing this suit!  First picture; she's greeting Callahan!  "Welcome to Daycare Callahan!!"  Second picture; One of the few times she took off the suit; relaxing under the blue balance beam!!

Next picture: Avi wore a mask too which you also probably saw in Svea's Blog!  (For whatever reason I think this picture makes her look much younger!!)  Last picture - She and Atley worked their way out to the Preschool room!!  It was 10:00 before they finished looking and exploring the Daycare room and was ready to see what was out in the Preschool room.  Still wearing that Lion Suit!!
