Avi - 1/7/2020

Avilene ate whole wheat English muffin and dried plums for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken and cabbage stir fry which also had peppers, zucchini, olive oil, and spices.  She ate most of brown rice and had three servings of mandarin oranges.  At the Lunch Table Avilene just randomly told Atley, "I'm gonna turn 31 before you."  LOL!!  Atley never caught on to Avi's primary point: No matter the age Avi knows her birthday comes before Atley's birthday.  :)

Lauralea and I were hugging goodbye this morning and Avi made an observation; "You're bigger (taller) than Gary!"  LOL!!  (Which is true.)  And so here was Avi's logical conclusion from that observation:  "You're older than Gary!"  Hahahaha!  Good logical thinking Avi!!

And one more Avi comment that made me laugh;  I frequently ask Avi to turn off the kitchen timer for me and she likes doing it of course.  She did it twice this morning and then the third time I forgot and did it myself.  "Oops, sorry about Avi."  Atley said, "That's ok, Gary!"  Avi said, "No it's Not!!" LOL!!  Man I get a kick out of their remarks!!  So stinking funny!!

First picture:  Avilene and Atley are looking at my "Alexa" I got for Christmas.  Because Avi has one at her house she basically knows more about this technology than I do!!  Haha!  She's a veteran at bossing Alexa while Atley and I are just learning!!  Alexa is understanding Atley better (initially not at all!!) and responded with the song when Atley asked her to play "Take Me Out to the Ball Game." I had to keep asking Avilene, "Ok, what's the name of that song?"  Haha!!

Last picture: More waving at the window.  Atley yelled, "Garbage Truck! Garbage Truck!"  Avi and Linnea joined her at the window.  The driver noticed the kids, he slowed down, and he has his arm out his window waving.  It was pretty cool for the kids; they loved it.
