Avilene ate oatmeal and no dried cranberries for breakfast. For lunch she ate tilapia, most of whole wheat elbow noodles, ate green beans, and two servings of applesauce.
First picture: This one is left over from yesterday afternoon. This is a new twist (literally) on an old trick!! :) She's been doing this for several days now, but yesterday she managed to twist completely around (actually 180 degrees for you technical ones) and was then obviously facing the wall. Avi has always been like that; master a maneuver then add to it. She's also been expanding locations for the standing on the head trick: on the couch too and in the cozy corner as well.
Next picture: Avi was doing several trays this morning and I love it when she gets into the tray activities. It's fun to watch her work. This is simply an assortment of various sizes bolts and nuts and she finds the ones that fit!! Next picture; Working on puzzles. But what do I like most about this picture? The hair. Haha. Don't even think about doing a ponytail to get the hair out of her eyes!!
Last picture: The kids were painting rocks and then painting some paper plates. You can see Svea is participating as well. Svea's been doing really well staying on task with the art activities.
