Avi - 8/3/2020

Avilene ate half of whole grain Chex cereal and ate peaches for breakfast.  For lunch she ground beef, whole wheat hamburger bun, bite of tomatoes, ate avocado, and two servings of mandarin oranges. 

First thing this morning Avi and I were doing selfies and I chose the following picture from several we did and I deleted the rest.  Avi said, "Were you vanishing that one?!?"  Whoa, that's a great word kiddo!!  I asked, "What does vanishing mean?"  Avi said, "to go away."  Geez, have I mentioned lately that this girl has an awesome brain!?!  :)  Second picture:  I can't recall what we were laughing about, but I was being silly with her and it was all giggles and laughs.  

Avilene said, "Why are Dads bigger than girls?"  I said, "Well some Dads are big and some aren't.  Your Daddy is tall, but some aren't."  Then I told her that Lauralea was bigger than me, but that didn't count because; "You're not a Dad!!  You're a Grandpa!!"  LOL!!  "Oh that's right! I forgot!!"

Next picture:  I'm in the beginning process of putting metal siding on the garage and I was letting Avi and Atley pull the magnet around the grass.  Lots of nails and screws laying around and I got most of them picked up, but we managed to find a few more.  Last picture: Avi had 4 sets of matching dinosaurs sorted and laying nose-to-nose.  She said those are "husband and wife."  Then you can see one in the middle without a mate.  And she said that one's "the brother."
