Avi - 3/2/2017

It was almost 10:00 when Avilene arrived from swim lesson.  I love how she just marches right in and starts engaging with the toys and her friends.  I moved the highchair into the Daycare room (see picture below) and gave her a late breakfast.  So this was a new breakfast - paleo breakfast bread - and she and Hudson ate all of their serving.  Well done kids!!  Eggs, cauliflower, and spinach!  Yum! Ha!  Actually it is pretty tasty.  Lauralea blended it together and then baked it.  For lunch she ate some of the chicken stir fry, brown rice, and all of her mandarin oranges.  I was in the kitchen getting the food on the tray and I heard Nora laughing.  Avi was plopping pillows on her head.  Ha!

It really doesn't take much effort to change things up a little and for this age group it presents a whole new environment in which to play and explore.  I left the highchair in the Play Room until lunch time and the kids had a new place to play.  I like the expression on Avi's face in the 1st picture below.   There are lots of "captions" you could write for this picture.  :)   "Are you serious Hudson!!??!!  Your parents are doing WHAT!?!"

Isn't this picture cute!?!  Baby Nora is crawling all over the room now and she was hanging out close to where Avi was playing on the balance beam steps.  Avi was pulling up this one pant leg and first Nora was tugging on Avi's sock and then touching her leg.
