Avi - 5/1/2018

Avilene ate two servings of toasted whole wheat english muffin and bites of dried plums for breakfast.  For lunch she ate most of chicken with stir fry vegetables, bites of brown rice, and a bite or two of oranges.  Avi and Hudson were having a conversation at breakfast about being at each other's houses.  Hudson said, "Avi was at my house one time."  I repeated it (as a question) to see if I got it right; "Avi was at my house one time?"  Hudson said, "NO! MY house!!"  Haha!  Ok, I got it.

I got explicit instructions to get with the program and post some pictures of Svea too!!  Haha!  Just kidding Momma Molly.  I love dealing with Parents like you that are very straight-forward and clear about their children and what they expect from me!  So I can certainly accommodate that request!!  I'm gonna talk about the first three pictures together.  Avi was totally fine with Nora having Svea's attention (2nd picture) and Bubba talking to Svea in the 3rd picture.  All I had to say was this; "Hey Avi, Baby Linnea is available; no one is talking to her!"  And Avilene took that opportunity to race over and play with Linnea.  (1st picture.)  Hudson had this to say about Svea; "She's a nice baby."  I couldn't agree more!!  :)  In case you didn't notice, there is a hand in the 2nd picture - upper left - and that is Nora.

Here are a couple of "story time" pictures.  I thought it was cute how Avi was laying on the floor reading her book.  Next picture; Well we had a guest reader for stories this morning!  Haha!  Lauralea had a few extra minutes and the kids asked her to read.  Lauralea was sticking her finger in her mouth and doing a loud "pop" for something in the story and the kids, especially Avi and Nora, were cracking up!  So she did it several times.  Thanks Lauralea for creating the fun moment!!  I like the picture because Avilene is almost standing up!

I took this last picture after Svea's morning nap (still in her pajamas) and Nora was so cute when she saw Svea.  She started saying, "hi baby, hi baby, hi baby."  Hey it's a 2 word sentence and that's a first for Nora!!  Nice job of assisting her Svea!!  :)
