Avi - 5/7/2018

Avilene had bites of whole grain chex cereal and ate two servings of peaches for breakfast.  For lunch she ate half of serving of "Whole 30" (no beans) chili with meat, peppers, sweet potatoes, and tomatoes.  She had bites of whole wheat dinner roll and ate tropical fruit.

The highlight of the morning was the neighbors using a little backhoe to do the prep work for an egress window.  In the first picture; Earlier, I'd let Hudson and Atley stand on the back of the couch (not usually acceptable) to watch out the window while the man dug a hole with the backhoe.  So after Avi arrived I hoisted her up to see the action too.  In the 2nd picture they were unloading dirt into the trailer.  The kids were chanting, "Dump dirt, dump dirt, dump dirt."  :)

Svea is SO precious, and smiley, and sweet, and cute, and fun...what a doll.  I feel very privileged to be caring for her!!  :)

We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend so everyone was super busy all morning.  In the next picture Avi has on the "Goldilocks" mask and is checking it out in the mirror.  Atley (can't see her, but she's beside Avi) was trying on the "Grandma" mask from "Little Red Riding Hood" story and of course Atley had it on upside down, she didn't care, and it looked hilarious.  Last picture - I like how Avi is very casual about the puzzles; just sitting with her legs crossed enjoying the process.
