Avi and Atley were running back-n-forth between the chair and the mattress yelling about flying on the airplane, going on a trip, going to the airport, and going to the station. Then Atley stopped and frantically said to Nora; "The station Nor Nor, the station. The station! Hop on, hop on!!" (She wanted Nora to hop on the chair and go on a ride - Atley would spin her.) Nora just stood there looking at Atley and then started hopping across the floor. LOL! That made me laugh!! "Hey! I'm hopping on like you said - just on down the road!"
Last week I was giving Linnea some jingle bells on the changing table to distract her while I changed her diaper. This morning Linnea was fussy while I was changing her and Avi kept saying, "Hey Gary! Hey Gary!" What Avi!?! "You want a jingle bell?" That was so sweet and very helpful. I hadn't thought of it!!
Here are some pictures from Avi's morning. Svea pooped through her diaper and I sat her on the floor while I got her some clothes. She immediately went over and started rearranging Avi's phones she had lined up! I was impressed that Avi didn't yell at her or over-react in any way!! You handled that very well Avi. I got some new thin markers and the kids wanted to do art with those. "I wanna do school stuff Gary." Last picture; I noticed that Nora had gotten some marker on her face and I was going to wash it after I had the art table cleaned up. Then I saw Avi trying to clean it off with the doll blanket. So cute. Avi is a great little Mommy/Big Sister!!
