Avi - 2/4/2019

Avilene ate most of bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of chicken, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, bite of peppers, half of cucumbers, and ate pears.  You'll see in at least one picture below that Avi was wearing her hoodie.  It was actually nice at meal times for putting on her bib.  I didn't get yelled at once for getting a piece of hair in the slide on her bib!!  Or yelled at for ALMOST getting a piece of hair in the slide!!  :)

I posted a picture of their new cave on Svea's blog, but here's another one!  Avi and Atley are in there and Linnea was peeking in to see what they were doing.  Next picture: Avi and Atley were playing with the school buses and grabbed them and left as soon as Svea showed up.  :)  Third picture: Avi has on her soccer gear and she's ready to go!!

Last picture: Avi and Atley were working on the same activity in the Preschool room this morning.  (Notice Atley had her hoodie up too this morning after seeing Avi do it.)  They were threading the balls, shapes, and tubes and they worked pretty hard at it.  Later, Avi was putting a tray on the shelf and it was a bit heavy.  She sat it back on the table, put the heavy piece on the table, put the tray on the shelf, and then sat the heavy piece on the tray.  That may not seem like a big deal, but she did it instinctively and I like her problem solving ability!
