First two pictures are action shots of Avi on the move!! She was crawling out the window of the cave. Actually she was showing Svea how to do it! Next picture she's a blur as she jumps off the blue balance beam.
Next picture: Avi is playing the role of "inspector" or monitor. Actually, I think it's pretty serious in her mind and not just playing a role!! :) I don't let the kids build their block towers too tall because of the danger it presents to the youngest children crawling or walking around. So Avi was giving these towers (built by Nora and Atley) a close inspection! "These are too tall!!" They are definitely as tall as we go.
Lauralea and I were chuckling about yesterday afternoon when Lauralea covered for me. Avi made sure Lauralea knew when she'd done something different from how Gary does it!! For example Lauralea asked someone to throw a piece of food in the Preschool garbage. Avi jumped on that; "Gary says we throw food in the kitchen garbage, NOT the preschool garbage!" Haha! Good job Avi!
I asked Avi if she wanted me to get her hair out of her eyes. She said, "No, Mom will do it." Haha! But you told Mom that Gary would do it at Daycare. She got a silly look on her face when she recalled that! I took the picture below when she was doing her dismount from the changing table/hair fixing table!! Isn't this an extra cute picture of her!?
