During Story Time we were reading a book about a "brother." So I asked, "Who here has a brother?" Avi said she did. True. Nora said she did. Not Yet, but one is on the way!! Ha! I said that Linnea has a brother and who can tell me his name. Atley said, "Eric!!" Haha! No, but that's a good guess!! (She got it right on the second guess!) I said, "Someone else has a brother too!!" No one could guess who! "What about Svea? She has a brother!" Avi (grinning) was like; "well yes, of course!!" :)
Three pictures: I loved watching Avi, Atley, and Nora play lots of "pretend play" with Avi leading them and just letting her imagination run. Very cool. First picture: Avi said, "We're having a sleepover!" Second picture: "We're going to the carousel!" Then it was "Come to our house! Watch a movie with us!" Third picture: They were running in circles and Avi was chanting all kinds of things, but the ones I wrote down; "Ho ho ho!! Christmas is over! Take away our presents!" Haha! Then Avi said, "Let's go delivery pizza!" I love that wording!!
Avi read lots of books and did some preschool activities. Last picture - she and Atley were reading some preschool books. Avi also asked to color the box again with markers so Nora and Atley joined her in that too.
