About 10:40 this morning Avilene looked around the Daycare Room, had a lightbulb moment, and said, "Gary! Is this toy exchange?!?" Haha! (This after being here all day yesterday.) I said, "Yes, these are all 'new' toys." Avi yelled, "Hey Everybody!! It's toy exchange!!" LOL. No-one else even looked up. :)
First picture: Avi pretty much wore the lion suit all morning, as you'll see by the pictures. She was reading to Linnea and Svea even though it doesn't look like Svea was too interested. Just a side note; Atley and Nora were bickering about Linnea being here today, but Avi managed to stay away from most of that. For example; "She's my friend and likes me more than you.." And my response was basically the same each time; "Everybody is friends with everybody at Gary's house."
Next picture; Avi and Atley did some more coloring today, but I'm also encouraging them to do other activities as well. Ha. Following picture: Hey something different! She was working on a puzzle. Last picture: Hey, you might as well add a lion mask to the suit. Avi was trying to impress Linnea who was laying on the couch.
