I asked Avilene how Svea got the wound on her hand and she didn't know!! Wow!! That's a rarity and I'm serious!! However, in typical Avilene fashion she immediately went into a long tale that made no sense. Ha. So I text Momma and found out Svea fell on the sidewalk. It was obvious Avi was not there when it happened, but I asked, "Were you there when it happened?" Avi said, "No, I think that's when she was a kid." LOL!! Oh wow, way back in those days!?!?
Here are some pictures from Avi's morning and she stayed very busy. First picture; she was just getting it all set up when I took this picture. She's got four trays out and three rolls of tape so she's got a big project planned!! :) Second picture: She hasn't built anything with the legos for a long time until this morning. Good work Avi!!
Next picture: This was some new work sheets we laminated and put in a tray this weekend. Avi used an erasable marker and drew lines to show opposites, things that were different, and drawing missing parts on the paper she's working on in the picture. Last picture; This activity she was doing is pretty advanced because it involves counting up to 20 and recognizing numbers up to 20. However, she figured out a way (using colors) to complete the project. She'd ask me after every one she did to count and see if it was the right one. Good work Avi.
